During severe weather conditions, service schedules may be delayed to ensure the safety of our team and the community. We do our best to stay on schedule, but safety always comes first.

Weather Delays – What to Expect

Will my trash pickup be delayed due to weather?

1

In cases of severe weather like snow, ice, or storms, service may be delayed to ensure the safety of our drivers and community.

How long are delays usually?

2

Most weather delays are 1–2 days, but timing can vary depending on road conditions and safety.

What should I do with my trash can?

3

Please leave your bin at the curb until it has been serviced. Our team will return as soon as it’s safe to resume routes.

Will you still pick up my trash if it’s delayed?

4

Yes—every customer will be serviced. If your pickup is missed due to weather, we will return as soon as possible.

Why can’t trucks run during bad weather?

5

Trash trucks are large and heavy, and icy or unsafe road conditions can make it dangerous to operate safely in certain areas.
